From the codes and conventions that I have recognised, I've devised a questionnaire that I am going to give to students to answer about what they would like to see in a school magazine. The questionnaire is 19 questions long,with some open explanitary answers and some multiple choice questions to ensure I get precise answers and feedback from the students. Below is a copy of the questionnaire:
